ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Soho will accept returns on FULL PRICE items only. Returns must be received at the store within 14 days from the date of delivery for refund. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Orders for sale items will not
include a return label. No exceptions will be made.

  • Shoes must be returned in the original box, in its original condition. Try on shoes on a soft surface. Soho will not accept shoe returns with markings or scratches.
  • Swimwear and lingerie must be tried on at home with undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place.

If your items meet the
required return conditions, clients may use the return label included in their original package to return to Soho. Upon receipt of the return at Soho, a quality check will be made and a small fee will be deducted from the refund to pay for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and return costs are nonrefundable.

Store credit expires after one year from the issue date. The client is responsible for providing a copy of
the store credit to redeem on a purchase in store. Soho does not keep store credit on file. Store credit is not redeemable on online purchases.
